BBD Performance has set out to make a Puller/Racer for competing nation wide! This is a stock 97 dodge 1 ton diesel single cab long bed 4X4 5 speed.   We will be putting it in a 1985 body.

Motor mods will include:

• SDX 5X0.016 injectors, SDX delivery valves, performance cam, main studs, rod bolts, .20 under pistons, O-ringed head, ported head, welded crank and cam gears, BBD Power 60lb valve springs, BBD Power UTK (Ultimate Twin Kit), water to air I/C, airdog II 165, labonte stage 4 W/M kit, 5in turbo back to a 8in black stack! 

Frame:

• Stock 97 frame with supports and shortened to accept the 85 short bed.

Suspension:

• custom setup by Urban Mudd Bogger Designs.

Tranny:

• standard NV4500 with SBC triple disk clutch, input shaft upgrade and race syncros. 

Transfer Case:

• NP205 setup by Urban Mudd Bogger Designs. 

Axles:

• Front: Dana 60 with locking hubs and posi.
• Rear: Dana 80 with chromoly axles and posi.
